Nearing his senior year at Chalmette High School, Hunter Bell was becoming very concerned due to the fact that his dream was to play Division I Baseball. The concern was no big offers lay on the table. The dream has been his life’s work to this point. Then, Hunter was offered a Division I opportunity for football at Nicholls State University and excitedly accepted. Next, he finished his senior year with a stellar baseball performance, Bell’s stats spoke for themselves allowing all of Louisiana to notice. Somehow, Hunter was getting overlooked. Finally, Coastal Alabama Jr. College came knocking, offering a scholarship and first base position. Hunter immediately accepted the offer as Baseball was still in his heart. He plans to study Health Science and pursue Nursing while playing baseball and focusing on the dream of making it to the next level. This is his resumé.
